The second annual awards show will be held Dec. 5 in Las Vegas and will be broadcast live at 8 PM ET on Fox.

Adkins hosted the inaugural awards show, which gives country fans the opportunity to vote for their favorite artists. Award winners receive custom-made Fender guitars instead of trophies.

Expect performances by co-hosts Adkins and Chenoweth as well as Blake Shelton, Pistol Annies, Thompson Square, Eli Young Band and The Band Perry. The two-hour event will also feature appearances by Lauren Alaina, Rachel Bilson, Miranda Lambert, Scotty McCreery and the men of “Pawn Stars” (Richard Harrison, Rick Harrison, Corey Harrison and Austin Russell).

Voting for all categories remains open until Nov. 11 at www.theacas.com. Voting for Artist of the Year continues until Dec. 2.

Chenoweth’s new country-pop album, “Some Lessons Learned,” was released Sept. 13 on the Sony Masterworks label. With the exception of one cover, all of the country songs are originals including her recently released single, "I Want Somebody!"

Chenoweth won the Tony Award in 1999 for her performance in You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown. She was nominated in 2007 for her performance in Wicked and has also been seen on Broadway in Steel Pier, Epic Proportions, The Apple Tree and Promises, Promises. The Emmy-winning actress is also known for her film and television work and will soon be appearing in the new ABC series "GCB."
