Cast members from Broadway’s Anastasia are set to perform in concert at the W Times Square on August 13 at 7:30 PM. The evening is presented as part of the ongoing Broadway at W Sunday night concert series.
Announced to appear are Zach Adkins, Sissy Bell, Lauren Blackman, Constantine Germanacos, Ian Knauer, Shina Ann Morris, Molly Rushing, Nichole Scimea, and Mckayla Twiggs, who will be accompanied by acoustic guitar and cajon.
The new Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty musical based on the 1997 film of the same title opened on Broadway April 24 at the Broadhurst Theatre. This expanded stage version of Anastasia has a book by Terrence McNally.
Hosts for Broadway at W are Hamilton’s J. Quinton Johnson and Matt Rodin, who will alternate nights throughout the year. The W Hotel and 42 Seven Productions partner to present the concert series.
