Kendrick has signed on to play Diana, a young FBI agent and LaBeouf's former flame. Howard will play Cornelius, the senior FBI agent on the case who has relentlessly pursued Grant (Redford) across the nation, and Evancho will play Grant's daughter.
Redford, Bill Holderman and Nicolas Chartier are producing; Craig J. Flores is the executive producer. "The Company You Keep" is a co-production between Voltage Pictures and Wildwood Enterprises.
