The Off-Broadway revival of Horton Foote's The Traveling Lady will welcome stage and screen alum Annette O'Toole to the cast beginning July 5. She takes over for Tony winner Karen Ziemba in the role of Sitter Mavis in the Cherry Lane Theatre production. Performances will also now run through July 30, instead of the previously announced July 16.

The Austin Pendleton-helmed staging officially opened June 22. The 1954 play follows a woman who journeys to a small Texas town to greet her husband upon his release from prison.

O'Toole earned a Lucille Lortel Award and a Drama Desk nomination for her performance in Southern Comfort. Her additional credits include Man from Nebraska and Hamlet in Bed on stage and Women Who Kill and Smallville on screen.

The cast includes Larry Bull, Lynn Cohen, Angelina Fiordellsi, Jean Lichty, George Morfogen, Ron Piretti, PJ Sosko, and Jill Tanner.
