The leaks occurred after an attack on Nov. 24 by a group of hackers called the Guardian of Peace or #GOP. Company-wide computer screens were replaced with a message stating “Hacked by #GOP” and a warning that the hackers would release private information if their demands were not met.

A Sony Pictures Entertainment spokesperson stated Saturday evening, “The theft of Sony Pictures Entertainment content is a criminal matter, and we are working closely with law enforcement to address it."

Other movies that have been leaked include Brad Pitt's "Fury", "Still Alice", "Mr. Turner", and "To Write Love On Her Arms". "Annie" starring Quvenzhané Wallis, Jamie Foxx, and Cameron Diaz is set to open in movie theatres in the US on Dec. 19.
