One hundred percent of the proceeds go to the Robin Hood Relief Fund, which will distribute the money to various relief-related charities, including Mayor Rudolph Giuliani's Twin Towers Fund.

Celebs with some connections to theatre in the concert line-up include Gwyneth Paltrow (As You Like It at the Williamstown Theatre Festival), Jerry Seinfeld (I'm Telling You for the Last Time), Denis Leary (No Curefor Cancer) and Marc Anthony (The Capeman), who join such musical luminaries as Paul McCartney, Mick Jagger, The Who, Eric Clapton, Billy Joel and James Taylor. Hollywood stars involved include Jim Carrey, Meg Ryan, Susan Sarandon and Julia Styles.
