News Anthony Rapp, Terri Conn, Patrick James Lynch, Stephen Payne and Katy Wright-Mead Will Read Deleted Scenes A benefit reading of Deleted Scenes will be presented June 10 at The Mainstage Theater to benefit the Hemophilia Association of New York.

The 7 PM performance will feature the talents of Anthony Rapp, Terri Conn, Patrick James Lynch, Stephen Payne and Katy Wright-Mead. The reading will be directed by the playwright, Ryan Gielen.

Deleted Scenes, according to press notes, "observes two ex-friends forced to reunite to record the director's commentary track for their hit indie film five years after the film's release. Josh (Lynch) is now a star and writer/director Brian (Rapp) is floundering. When Brian’s ex Madison (Conn) shows up unexpectedly, tensions rise and old rivalries spill over into the studio."

Lynch, who is a hemophiliac, and his company (Believe Theatrical) organized the upcoming event in an effort to raise not only money for hemophilia, but also awareness of the disorder. "It’s an excellent opportunity to bring together two communities that may otherwise not find each other," Lynch said in a statement.

Open-bar reception begins at 6 PM. A Q & A and open-bar reception will follow the performance.

The Mainstage Theater is located at 416 W. 42nd Street. Tickets are required and can be purchased at believetheatrical.com or by emailing [email protected].
