The three remaining performers—Jamieson Lindenburg, Jaclyn Huberman, and Katie Thompson— will sing two songs of their choice, one that made another performer famous and one that each feels could make him or her famous. The one with the most votes is crowned the first ever Broadway Idol and will be featured exclusively in a concert at Ars Nova to be produced by NYMF.

The six contestants that have been eliminated in two earlier callback rounds on Sept. 15 and 22 include Shannon Amiry, Elizabeth DeRosa, Beth Kirkpatrick, Saum Eskandani, Terry Lavell and Jeff McLean.

Approximately 175 people attended the "Broadway Idol" open auditions on Monday, Sept. 11, which were open to any performer who has not previously acted in a Broadway show. Contestants were waiting in line as early as 11 PM the night before.
