Animals Out of Paper director Giovanna Sardelli stages the production that officially opens Feb. 6 for a run through March 6.

Known for her work as Daily Planet journalist Chloe on the hit series "Smallville," Mack is featured in a cast that also includes Searle (Perfect Harmony),  Paul Carlin (After the Ball), Erin Gann (The Aliens) and Dion Mucciacito (The Age of Iron).

According to the Women's Project, "All is not what it seems when newlyweds move into the gated community of Apple Cove, a seemingly safe haven from the chaotic world outside its gates. But when forbidden roses start popping up in their garden, they quickly learn that nothing, not even electric gates, can keep nature out. Especially one's own nature."

Apple Cove has set design by Scott Bradley, costume design by Amy Clark, lighting design by Japhy Weideman and sound design by Bart Fasbender.

Rosen's plays include Washed Up On The Potomac, Back From The Front, Ideal Home, Nighthawks, NEXT! and Puddy Tat. She was a member of the Women's Project Playwrights Lab from 2008 to 2010.
