The concert features the famed songwriter as well as special guests Lucie Arnaz and Valarie Pettiford. The evening is a fundraiser for Richard Aborn, who is running for the office of District Attorney for Manhattan. Ron Abel is a composer, producer, arranger, orchestrator, conductor and musical director. He has worked with such stars as Carol Burnett, Michelle Pfeiffer, David Hyde Pierce, Lily Tomlin, Jason Alexander, Kim Basinger, Johnny Mathis, Bette Midler, Patti LuPone, Liza Minnelli and Jessye Norman.
