"Aging psychedelic rock star Carl is convinced that he has a brain tumor. His best friend plans to distract him from his delusions by reuniting their old band for a comeback show in Golden Gate Park," press notes state. "As rehearsals progress, old conflicts reemerge and old flirtations reignite—until the band learns Carl is really dying, and they don’t have long to say goodbye.
