News Arts and Business Council Forum Addresses Lack of Art Addresses, Feb. 28 The Arts and Business Council, which comprises arts management staff from all disciplines will conduct a forum at 6 PM Feb. 28 to address the lack of addresses for arts groups and for individual artists who need housing.

The Arts and Business Council, which comprises arts management staff from all disciplines will conduct a forum at 6 PM Feb. 28 to address the lack of addresses for arts groups and for individual artists who need housing.

The forum will tackle what has been described as a crisis in securing administrative, performance, exhibition and housing spaces within the arts community,

Panelists include A.R.T./New York executive director Ginny Louloudes, Kinshasha Holman Conwill, (former BAM chief) and BAM Local Development Corporation chair Harvey Lichtenstein and Denham Wolf Real Estate's Paul Wolf.

Admission is $20; and $10 for council members. The event begins at 6 PM, rather than 6:30 as previously announced in other media. The wine and cheese reception and subsequent forum take place in the Proshansky Auditorium at the Graduate Center of the City University of New York, located at 365 Fifth Avenue (at 34 St.).
