The American Theatre of Actors and their audience members will have their last dance together Dec. 5. Tango Fusion, the world's first interactive tango piece, began performances Dec. 2.

Created by Diane Lachtrupp and directed by Michael Yawney, Tango Fusion will feature live music from Tanguardia. In the show, Lachtrupp and her dance company perform a brief history of Tango in its various styles before inviting the audience to join in.

The cast for Tango Fusion features Diane Lachtrupp, Johnny Martinez, Sarah La Rocca, Jak Karako, Audrey Martinez, Manuel Rojas, Mariana Parma and Carlos Acuna. The show will be choreographed by the company.

The American Theatre of Actors is located at 314 West 54th Street., between Eighth and Ninth Avenues.
