Along with Hoffman, the cast includes Paul Ben Victor, Cheryl Stern, Lisa Conrad, Mark Della Ventura, Michelle Franco Perez and Atlantic Acting School students Arielle Hoffman and Rachel Epley. 

Hoffman is appearing concurrently as Pozzo in the world premiere of Samuel Beckett's Waiting for Godot in Yiddish and his one-man musical Still Jewish After All These Years.

"In the serio/comedy Rough Patch, a close-knit family is nearly torn apart when a medical emergency causes a secret source of sadness and anger to be revealed," press notes state. "As they face this medical crisis, unlikely heroes emerge, showing us that sometimes strength can be a weakness and weakness a strength."
