LOS ANGELES -- The hit songs of Burt Bacharach and Hal David will be featured in a musical revue playing three Mondays in September at the Cinegrill nightclub in the Hotel Roosevelt.

Back to Bacharach and David originated at Steve McGraw's nightclub in Manhattan and subsequently transferred to the New York Hilton.

Three members of the New York cast are featured at the Cinegrill: Melinda Gilb, Steve Gunderson and Susan Mosher. They are joined for this special engagement by Wanda Houston.

Director of the revue is Kathy Najimy, who is seen regularly on TV's Veronica's Closet.

Among the songs sung are The Look of Love, Raindrops Keep Fallin' On My Head, Walk on By and Do You Know the Way to San Jose?. Other than subject matter, the revue is not related to What The World Needs Now, another compendium of the team's songs that flopped earlier this year at the Old Globe in San Diego.

BTB&D will be performed Sept. 7, 14 & 21 at 8 PM. Tickets are $15. The Cinegrill is at 7000 Hollywood Blvd. Call (213) 466- 7000.
