The Barrington Stage Company (BSC) has announced its 2001 mainstage season. The theatre's seventh season at the Consolati Performing Arts Center begins with Betty Comden and Adolph Green's On the Twentieth Century, which will run from June 20-July 14. Tennessee Williams' Suddenly Last Summer runs next, July 18-Aug. 4. BSC wraps its season with the world premiere production of the "anonymously submitted" black comedy, Ciao!, which will run from Aug. 8-Aug. 25.

BSC will release its Stage II season schedule shortly.
