News Bay Street Programming Includes Megan Hilty, Forum, Lend Me a Tenor and Irma Vep Sag Harbor's Bay Street Theatre has announced a trio of comedies, including the Stephen Sondheim musical A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, as part of its summer 2013 season.

Ken Ludwig's Tony Award-nominated play Lend Me A Tenor, an operatic backstage farce, will be staged May 28-June 23. Following will be Charles Ludlam's The Mystery of Irma Vep, which spoofs Victorian melodrama and Hitchcock's film of "Rebecca" and will run July 2-28.

Bay Street's musical offering will be Sondheim's award-winning A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, featuring a book by Burt Shevelove and Larry Gelbart. It will run Aug. 6-Sept. 1.

Upcoming events also include "Smash" star Megan Hilty in concert May 25 and comics Paul Reiser on July 15 and Paula Poundstone on Aug. 19.
