The intimate evening, entitled Salon: Six Degrees of Broadway Cares, begins at 7 PM. Among those scheduled to lend their talents to the fundraiser are Chris Noth, Tony DeSare, Traci Jai Edwards, Bebe Neuwirth, Rue McClanahan, Anthony Rapp, Christian Hoff, David Steen, Andrea McArdle, Bobbie Eakes, Alli Mauzey and Seth Rudetsky. The Salon, according to press notes, "promises an unforgettable evening of laughs, songs, and surprise guests!"

Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS is the nation's largest industry-based, nonprofit AIDS fundraising and grant-making organization. Since its founding in 1988 the organization has distributed over $140 million for services for people with AIDS, HIV or HIV-related illnesses.
