Walt Disney's Beauty and the Beast will open April 28th at Nagoya's Musical Theater. The Japanese language version of Disney's stage adaptation will replace Lloyd-Webber's Phantom of the Opera which has seen a highly successful run at the newly built Sakae theater. Shiki Theatrical Company, which is in charge of the production, has yet to formally announce the cast for the Nagoya show. However representatives for the company expect an announcement as early as next week.

Show times are 6:30 pm. Tuesday to Friday and 1:00 and 5:00 Saturday and Sunday. Tickets are ¥11,500, ¥9,450, ¥6,300 and ¥3,150 respectively. Times are subject to change.
