The evening will take place at Twenty Four Fifth (24 Fifth Avenue at 10th Street). Single tickets are $400 and include an exclusive cocktail reception at 6:45 PM followed by a sit-down dinner, live auction (led by Tony Award winner Dennis O'Hare) and the concert.

Neuwirth, widely known for playing Lilith on "Cheers" and "Frasier," has been crossing the country with Bebe Sings Weill and Kander & Ebb for the past two years, working with such symphonies as the Seattle Symphony and the Philadelphia Symphony Orchestra. Recent concert performances include a piano/cabaret show, Stories With Piano, which played Feinstein's in Manhattan. Her most recent Broadway appearance was as Roxie in Chicago, the same production for which she won a Tony Award, Drama Desk Award, and an Astaire Award for her turn as Velma, making her the only triple-threat to play both leading lady roles on Broadway. She also received a Tony Award for her role as Nickie in Sweet Charity. Her other Broadway credits include Fosse, Damn Yankees, Dancin', Little Me and A Chorus Line.

The event will also honor CSC board president Donald Francis Donovan. Call (212) 677-4210 ext. 12 for tickets and sponsorship information.

Now in its 41st year, CSC is the award-winning not-for-profit Off-Broadway theatre "committed to re-imagining the classical repertory for a contemporary American audience."

Led by artistic director Brian Kulick and executive director Jessica R. Jenen, the company this season presented three sold-out productions: Shakespeare's The Tempest starring Mandy Patinkin; Chekhov's Uncle Vanya starring Maggie Gyllenhaal, Denis O'Hare and Peter Sarsgaard; and Anne Carson's An Oresteia. Recent productions include the critically acclaimed runs of Anton Chekhov's The Seagull, starring Dianne Wiest and Alan Cumming, and the world premiere of David Ives' New Jerusalem, directed by Walter Bobbie.
