News Behind the Scenes at Mame Set for March 2006 A behind-the-scenes look at the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts' upcoming production of Mame will be presented March 7, 2006.

Behind the Scenes at the Eisenhower Theater: Mame will be offered at 5 PM in the Center's Eisenhower Theater. The 75-minute program, according to the Kennedy Center website, will feature members of the crew and cast and will allow attendees to gain "a behind-the-scenes view of the sets, lighting, props, and special effects that are essential to the magic created on stage." Mame, starring Christine Baranski in the title role, will play the Kennedy Center Feb. 28-March 26, 2006. Directed by Eric Shaeffer, the Jerry Herman musical will also feature Max von Essen as Patrick Dennis.
