Penned by "Six Feet Under" scribe Kate Robin, What They Have will officially open April 12 and play a limited engagement through May 4. The cast — under the direction of Chris Fields — boasts Nancy Bell as Suzanne, Marin Hinkle as Connie, Matt Letscher as Jonas and Kevin Rahm as Matt. "Connie and Jonas are wealthy, and what they have is success — she as a movie producer and he as a TV writer," according to What They Have press notes. "Suzanne and Matt struggle financially, and what they have is envy. Parenting, painting and the Law of Attraction all collide when lives can change in a heartbeat, and things aren't necessarily what they seem."

The creative team includes Christopher Barreca (set design), Alex Jaeger (costume design), Lap-Chi Chu (lighting design), Michael Roth (original music/music direction), Megan Monaghan (dramaturg) and Jamie A. Tucker (stage manager).

Playwright Robin has also penned Anon., Intrigue With Faye, Swimming in March, The Light Outside, Bride Stripped Bare and Given Away. Television and film credits include "Six Feet Under" (writer/supervising producer) and "Coming Soon."

South Coast Repertory is located at 655 Town Center Drive in Costa Mesa, CA. Tickets to What They Have are available by visiting www.scr.org or by calling (714) 708-5555.
