News Bell to Star in Barrington's Underneath the Lintel Glynis Bell will star in the Barrington Stage Company's upcoming production of Glen Berger's Underneath the Lintel.

Directed by Andrew Volkoff, the acclaimed Off-Broadway hit will play BSC's Stage 2 July 8-26. Opening will be July 12 at 7:30 PM. Underneath the Lintel, according to press notes, "is the tale of a Dutch librarian, who, upon finding a 113-year overdue book goes on a search to find the culprit, and winds up on a life-changing quest.  One clue builds upon another as this once-staid librarian embarks on a journey that spans the globe – the result of which carries mystical and spiritual implications."

Bell has been seen on Broadway in The Robber Bridegroom, Edward II, The Time of Your Life, The Three Sisters, You Never Can Tell, My Fair Lady and Amadeus.

Performances will be Tuesdays-Fridays at 7:30 PM, Saturdays at 8 PM and Sundays at 7:30 PM.
