Plaza Suite comprises three one-acts set at New York's Plaza Hotel: "Visitor From Mamaroneck," "Visitor From Hollywood" and "Visitor From Forest Hills." "One Life to Live" stars Ilene Kristen and Christopher Murney and Mamma Mia!'s Britt Shubow will be featured in the first act, which concerns a couple celebrating their 23rd anniversary. Laura Benanti, who will soon return to Broadway in The Wedding Singer, and The Light in the Piazza's Michael Berresse will star as high school sweethearts in the play's second act. The final act will feature All Shook Up's Alix Korey and "The Practice"'s Michael Badalucco as a couple who struggle with their daughter's wedding-day jitters. The cast also includes John Lavelle and Toby Lawless.

Plaza Suite opened on Broadway at the Plymouth Theatre in Feb. 14, 1968, playing 1,097 performances before closing Oct. 3, 1970. The original cast — directed by Mike Nichols — included George C. Scott, Maureen Stapleton, Bob Balaban, Claudette Nevins and Jose Ocasio.
