News Berkshire Theatre Festival to Spend An Evening with Sutton Foster Tony Award-winning actress Sutton Foster will perform her new solo concert on the main stage of the Berkshire Theatre Festival Aug. 22.

An Evening with Sutton Foster promises personal favorites, as well as highlights from her album "Wish" and her numerous Broadway appearances. Show time is 7 PM. After concluding her run as Princess Fiona in the Broadway musical Shrek, Foster has been presenting her evening of song at theatres across the country. Michael Rafter, who co-produced Foster's recent solo debut recording "Wish," will accompany the actress.

Foster received a Tony Award for her performance in the title role of Thoroughly Modern Millie. She was Tony nominated for her appearances in The Drowsy Chaperone, Shrek and Little Women. Her numerous stage credits include Young Frankenstein, Les Misérables, Annie, The Scarlet Pimpernel and Grease! She is also set to star in the City Center Encores! presentation of Anyone Can Whistle in April.
