News Bernadette Peters, Hairspray and Millie Among Grammy Nominees The National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences, Inc. announced the 45th Annual Grammy nominations January 7.

The Grammy nominations feature more than 100 categories, two of which are of particular interest to theatre fans: Best Musical Show Album and Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album. Recordings eligible for nomination were released between Oct. 1, 2001, and Sept. 30, 2002.

Nominees in the two aforementioned categories follow:
