News Bernhard's Everything Bad and Beautiful to Play the Prince Sandra Bernhard will bring her solo show Everything Bad and Beautiful, which enjoyed an extended engagement at Off-Broadway's Daryl Roth Theatre, to the Prince Music Theater beginning Jan. 18.

The limited engagement will play the Philadelphia venue through Jan. 21. Show times are Jan. 18-19 at 8 PM, Jan. 20 at 7 and 10 PM and Jan. 21 at 7 PM. David Brind directs with musical direction by LaFrae Sci and lighting by Ben Stanton. In Everything Bad and Beautiful, Bernhard fronts Rebellious Jezebels, her five-piece band, and "delivers ardent, fiercely committed songs by artists ranging from Bob Dylan to 80's R&B to Christina Aguilera. Woven between the songs, she quips about contemporary culture and the cult of celebrity," according to press notes.

Sandra Bernhard appeared on Broadway in her 1998 one-woman hit I'm Still Here . . . Damn It! after playing five months at Off-Broadway's Westbeth Theatre. On screen she has been seen in "The King of Comedy," "Inside Monkey Zetterland," "Hudson Hawk," "Dinner Rush," "Roseanne," "Ally McBeal," "Chicago Hope" and "Will & Grace." She hosted her own talk show, "The Sandra Bernhard Experience," and has been seen in Showtime's "The L Word." Her books are entitled "Confessions of a Pretty Lady," "Love, Love, and Love" and "May I Kiss You on the Lips, Miss Sandra?"

The Prince Music Theater is located at 1412 Chestnut Street in Philadelphia, PA. Tickets, priced $37 and $75, are available by calling (212) 569-9700. Visit www.princemusictheater.org for more information.
