News Betty Buckley Offers Dark Blue-Eyed Blues at Joe's Pub Starting Tonight Tony Award winner Betty Buckley, recently seen as Carlotta in the London concert of Stephen Sondheim's Follies, returns to Joe's Pub beginning May 28 for seven performances.

The gifted singing actress is playing the intimate cabaret located within the Public Theater through May 31. Her newest show is titled Dark Blue-Eyed Blues, a song she co-wrote for her first solo album, "Betty Buckley."

Buckley's newest collection of songs includes “Musings of a Chanteuse” as well as standards and songs by contemporary writers. She is joined by Christian Jacob on piano, Tony Marino on bass, Todd Isler on drums and Oz Noy on guitar. Terry Gabis provides sound design.

Show times are May 28-29 at 7 PM and 9 PM, May 30 at 7 PM and May 31 at 7 PM and 9 PM.

Betty Buckley offered acclaimed performances in Broadway's Sunset Boulevard, Carrie, Song & Dance, The Mystery of Edwin Drood, 1776, Triumph of Love and Promises, Promises. She won a Tony Award for her performance as Grizabella in the Broadway production of Cats, and she starred on the London stage in Promises, Promises, Dear World and Sunset Boulevard, earning an Olivier Award nomination for her work in the latter. Her screen credits are numerous.
