Nightlife entertainer Murray Hill hosts the 7 PM event, which benefits the New York Civil Liberties Union and their work on behalf of the LGBT community. The Big Gay Variety Show also features the talents of transgender singer-songwriter Our Lady J, comedienne Poppi Kramer, Michael Carbonaro ("Another Gay Movie"), comedian Vidur Kapur, aerialist Una Mimnagh, Misnomer Dance Theater, Sean Curran Dance Company, the Sizzle Twins, the VGL Boys and the cabaret duo Mel and El.
