Composer, singer, instrumentalist and record producer Billy Stritch will be performing at the FireBird Cafe in New York City beginning Aug. 3 and running through Aug. 18. Stritch is promoting his new CD, "Jazz Live." A 1994 Grammy Award winner for his country song, "Does He Love You," (written with Sandy Knox and recorded by Reba McEntire and Linda Davis), Stritch has seen recent success with his show, "Songs from the Last Century," as well as on the Liza Minnelli theatrical concert, Minnelli on Minnelli, where he collaborated on arrangements with Marvin Hamlisch. Stritch later co-produced Minnelli's cast album with Phil Ramone.

Stritch performs through Aug. 18, Thur. at 9 PM and Fri. at 9 and 11 PM. There is a $30 music charge and a $15 minimum. The FireBird Cafe is located at 365 W. 46 St. For information and reservations call (212) 586 0244.
