That silent, azure-faced trio The Blue Man Group, will perform on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" on Dec. 31. The loopy, gently avant-garde BMG began playing at Off-Broadway's Astor Place Theatre since Nov. 17, 1991, more than ten years ago. There is now a separate Blue Man Group show in Las Vegas. Leno seems to like the threesome; he has had the Group on the talk show several times before.
