Mantello (Other Desert Cities, Take Me Out) will co-direct the 8 PM event with Lisa Leguillo. It will serve as a benefit for victims of abuse and domestic violence.

Tony winner Blythe Danner (Follies, Butterflies Are Free, "Meet the Parents") and Brooke Shields (who will return to Broadway in The Addams Family in late June), will headline the special event. Matt McGrath and Minerva Scelza produce.

The monologues "dive into the mystery, humor, pain, power, sexuality, wisdom, outrage and excitement buried in women's experiences."

The Vagina Monologues will be presented at John Drew Theater in Guild Hall in East Hampton, NY. For tickets phone (631) 574-1009 or visit VDayEastHampton.
