According to the Labyrinth, "Four celebrity teams jockey their way to the Winner’s Circle in a fearsome and hilarious speed charades competition." Previous themes for the annual benefit have included a pep rally, a knockout in a boxing ring and a Battle of Good and Evil.

The lineup of performers also includes Jesse L. Martin, Yul Vázquez, Evan Rachel Wood, Josh Charles, Tom Colicchio, Padma Lakshmi, Michelle Trachtenberg, David Zayas, Bob Balaban, Philip Seymour Hoffman, John Ortiz, Chris Rock and Cynthia Rowley.

Labyrinth will also present the 2011 Dave Hoghe Award to former co-artistic directors Hoffman and John Ortiz in recognition of their leadership and dedication to the company.
