The 7 PM evening is presented as a benefit for New York's Rational Animal, a foundation which endeavors to improve the lives of homeless and working animals in urban environments.
Gershon, who currently stars as Italian flight attendant Gabriella in the Tony Award-winning revival of Boeing-Boeing, will co-host the concert with Adam Horovitz of the Beastie Boys.
Also set for the concert are Debbie Harry, Lissy Trullie, Jesse Malin, Goonsquad, Bloody Social, Earl Greyhound, Adam Green and DJs: Moby and Le Tigre's J.D. Samson.
Special guests are also promised for the evening that features a silent auction of rock collectibles.
