The Mobius Group, which had success Off-Off-Broadway last fall with a revival of Warren Leight's The Loop, will conclude its current production of Eric Bogosian's Scenes from The New World on March 26. The play opened at the New 42nd Street Theatre March 10.

The 1981 Scenes was originally commissioned by Playwrights Horizons, though that theatre never staged the play. Bogosian, who is best known for solo shows such as Sex, Drug and Rock and Roll and Talk Radio, has in recent years taken to writing more traditionally structured plays such as subUrbia and Griller. The playwright and actor has worked with Mobius to revise Scenes. The play's 21 characters will be played by a company of 11.

Featured in the cast are Gha'il Rhodes Benjamin, Cynthia Carrol, Michelle Cordero, Jen Davis, Tyler Flagg, Rick Gradone, Zac Jones, Henry Lopez, Mark Lynch, Paul Marcarelli and Jeff Sugerman. Steve Cosson will make his New York debut as director.

Tickets are $12. The New 42nd Street Theatre is located at 348 W. 42Nd. St. For more information, call (212) 358-5820.
