News Book of Mormon Cast and Creators to Be Part of SiriusXM "Mormon Mondays" Series Tony Award-winning Book of Mormon authors Trey Parker, Matt Stone and Robert Lopez will launch the new SiriusXM series "Mormon Mondays" Oct. 17.

Parker, Stone and Lopez, who collaborated on the book and score to the Tony-winning hit musical comedy, will be on hand to launch the new weekly Monday series that will feature songs from the musical.

Upcoming installments will also feature Mormon cast members, who will introduce selections from the original Broadway cast album of The Book of Mormon, as they share behind-the-scene stories and backstage anecdotes about the production.

Additional episodes promise Book of Mormon cast members offering songs from musicals they've previously appeared in or show tunes they've always loved.

"Mormon Mondays" will air at 8 AM and 8 PM On Broadway, channel 72.

The Book of Mormon earned Tony Awards for Best Book, Best Score and Best Musical. Co-directed by Parker and Casey Nicholaw, The Book of Mormon began previews Feb. 24 and opened to critical acclaim March 24. The Book of Mormon also picked up Tony Awards for Best Direction (Parker and co-director/choreographer Nicholaw), Best Performance by a Featured Actress (Nikki M. James), Best Orchestrations (Larry Hochman and Stephen Oremus), Best Scenic Design (Scott Pask), Best Sound Design (Brian Ronan) and Best Lighting Design (Brian MacDevitt).
