The book, which will be published by Scribner, will be released in fall 2015.
"Walter White taught me a lot — some of it useful, some of it dangerous," Cranston told Deadline.com. "With this book, I want to tell the stories of my life and reveal the secrets and lies that I lived with for six years shooting 'Breaking Bad.'"
Cranston, an Emmy winner for "Breaking Bad," stars as U.S. President Lyndon B. Johnson in All The Way, the new political drama by Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Robert Schenkkan that follows Johnson working to pass Civil Rights legislation. All The Way opened on Broadway at the Neil Simon Theatre March 6.
