The book will include pieces Eisenberg has written for the New Yorker and McSweeney's as well as never-before-published stories. The title comes from a series he wrote from the point of view of a nine-year-old boy whose mother brings him to Los Angeles restaurants and bills her ex-husband for the meals.
Eisenberg is the author of Asuncion and The Revisionist, both of which he starred in at the Rattlestick Playwrights Theater. He was also nominated for a Best Actor Oscar for "The Social Network."
