News Brier, Goldsberry and Lucci Featured on ABC Daytime CD "A Holiday Affair"; TV Special, Too A new holiday CD recorded by stars from ABC's daytime line-up will hit stores Nov. 12. Among those actors are several who have appeared on Broadway, including Susan Lucci (Annie Get Your Gun), Kathy Brier (Hairspray), Jacob Young (Beauty and the Beast) and Renee Goldsberry (The Color Purple).

The Buena Vista Records disc, which features classic holiday tunes, will first be available Nov. 10-12 at this year's ABC Super Soap Weekend at the Disney-MGM Studios at Walt Disney World. Selections from the CD will be presented throughout the event, and performers will be on hand to autograph copies of the new disc. ABC has also partnered with SOAPnet, the cable channel devoted to soap operas past and present, to offer a one-hour special "A Very Soapy Christmas" Dec. 2 at 1 PM and again at midnight. The program will focus on the making of the CD and will also feature holiday memories from the various performers.
