SAN DIEGO -- Bring in 'da Noise, Bring in 'da Funk, the Broadway smash hit, is just one of the many shows that will go on sale at the San Diego Performing Arts League's annual Pay What You Can Afford ticket day.

"Bargain Arts Day," sponsored by Wells Fargo, takes place Wed. May 19, 10 AM to 6 PM at the ARTS TIX booth at Horton Plaza.

"Bargain Arts Day" allows people to specify what they would like to pay for top-ranking theatre, music, dance and museum events throughout the county.

In its 9th year, "Bargain Arts Day" provides an opportunity for people on a restricted budget to purchase tickets at minimal prices.

The complete list of shows will be available at ARTS TIX and on-line at www.sandiegoperforms.com after May 14. Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first served, cash-only basis, until sold out. Free refreshments and entertainment will be available, plus validated parking at the Horton Plaza garage.
