News Broadway Artists Will Be Part of Nov. 9-10 Tribute to Andrew Lloyd Webber, Absolutely Andrew Charleston's Youth Orchestra of the Lowcountry will kick off its 40th anniversary season Nov. 9-10 with Absolutely Andrew, a musical revue of the songs of Andrew Lloyd Webber.

Presented by The Nathan and Marlene Addlestone Foundation, performances are scheduled for Nov. 9 at 8 PM and Nov. 10 at 2 PM and 8 PM at the Sottile Theatre (44 George Street, Charleston, SC).

The show will partner New York performers Omar Lopez Cepero, David Raimo, Natalie Douglas, Betsy DiLellio and founding member of Village People, Randy Jones, with The Youth Orchestra of the Lowcountry. The actors will work closely with the YOLOW musicians during rehearsals and performances.

Audiences can expect to hear tunes from Evita, Cats, Phantom of the Opera and more.

Absolutely Andrew, which was originally arranged by Taras Kovayl for an 11-piece ensemble, has been specially rearranged for a full 60-piece symphony orchestra.

Now in its 40th season, the Youth Orchestra of the Lowcountry (aka YOLOW) is the Tri-County area’s oldest and most advanced musical youth ensemble. Under the baton of Ruben Camacho, this "diverse group of young musicians share a passion for music and the dedication to meet the challenge of performing advanced orchestral repertoire as a full symphony orchestra."
