News Broadway Celebrates Life of Late Seth Popper Today The Broadway community celebrates the life of the late Seth Popper Sept. 30 at 4 PM at the Richard Rodgers Theatre at 226 West 46th Street.

Mr. Popper, who died May 26, was Director of Labor Relations for The Broadway League, the trade association representing commercial theatre producers, theatre owners and presenters on Broadway and around the country.

Charlotte St. Martin, executive director of The Broadway League, said in an earlier statement, "Our dear friend and respected colleague Seth Popper was a special person who we will always remember. Our industry wishes to commemorate Seth’s exceptional passion for life and love of Broadway with musical tributes and the sharing of memories.”

The Broadway League has established the Popper Education Trust Fund on behalf of Mr. Popper and his wife Stacey Zorowitz and their children: Jake, age nine, and Avery, age seven. For more information regarding a donation, contact Myrna Stavisky at [email protected].
