News Broadway Goes Backwards Feb. 22 with Starry Benefit Concert A host of theatre artists lend their talents to Broadway Backwards — the annual concert featuring male singers performing songs traditionally sung by women and women singing tunes written for men — Feb. 22 at the Vivian Beaumont Theater.

Lea Salonga

Stage and screen star Florence Henderson — best known for her role as TV mom Carol Brady on "The Brady Bunch" — hosts the starry evening, which begins at 8 PM. The line-up of performers boasts Tony winner Lea Salonga, Robert Cuccioli, Richard Kind, Tituss Burgess, Mario Cantone, Raul Esparza, Becki Newton, Tony Award winner Tonya Pinkins, Tony winner Gary Beach, Tony winner Len Cariou, Tony Goldwyn, Aaron Lazar, Michele Lee, Julia Murney, Nick Adams, Martine Allard, Dan Butler, Harvey Evans, Ann Harada, Hunter Ryan Herdlicka, Will Nunziata, Anthony Nunziata, Lee Roy Reams, Douglas Sills and Bruce Vilanch as well as over 50 Broadway dancers and singers.

Co-creator Robert Bartley directs with musical direction by Wayne Barker.

The concert benefits both Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS and New York's Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender (LGBT) Community Center.
