Each pizza, according to press notes, will "feature toppings that represent the meaning and artistic integrity of the show they are representing." The inaugural pizza, which debuted Nov. 13, honors the acclaimed revival of Finian's Rainbow, which plays the St. James Theatre. The specialty slice, which is titled "The Old Devil Moon," is a BBQ Chicken pizza with tasso and green onions on a special green Sicilian crust.
Cast members from Rainbow, which stars Jim Norton, Kate Baldwin, Cheyenne Jackson, Christopher Fitzgerald, Terri White and Chuck Cooper, attended the pizza premiere. Next month, Two Boots will debut a Fela pie.
