The evening, described as a hilarious retelling of the Purim story, will feature the talents of Broadway's Garrett Long, Curtis Holbrook, Rachel Potter, Anne Nathan and Kevin Earley as well as comedian Dave Attell.

Tony winner David Mamet will open this year's show with a personal message (via exclusive video), followed by the premiere of his latest short film.

In a statement NEFCA founder and executive director Scott Kluge said, “I continue to be awed by the generosity of the Broadway community. I try to keep the cast fresh with new talent each year, which is bittersweet since we've had such amazing talent in the past like our hilarious host last year Richard Kind and Tony nominee Chad Kimball. But yet again, the Broadway stars are dedicating their night off to foster a meaningful cause. Plus, having an icon like David Mamet involved this year takes the show to a whole new level. He's been incredibly generous and were excited to work with an icon like Mr. Mamet."

Proceeds will go to The Birthright Israel Foundation.

The Hudson Theatre is located at 141 West 44th Street in New York City. The event begins at 7 PM with complimentary drinks at an open-bar cocktail hour. The Purim Shpiel performance kicks off at 8 PM. For more information or to purchase tickets, visit http://www.nefca.org/7thbroadwaypurimshpiel.
