News Broadway Revival of Macbeth, Starring Ethan Hawke, Will Now Begin Oct. 25 Lincoln Center Theater's Broadway revival of Macbeth, starring Ethan Hawke and Anne-Marie Duff, has delayed the start of preview performances by one day to Oct. 25 at the Vivian Beaumont Theater.

Directed by Tony winner Jack O'Brien (The Nance), Macbeth was originally scheduled to begin Oct. 24. The new Oct. 25 start date will allow for additional on-stage rehearsal time, according to representatives. Opening night remains Nov. 21.

Hawke ("Before Midnight") stars in the title role opposite Duff as Lady Macbeth. Also featured are Tony Award winner Richard Easton (The Invention of Love, The Coast of Utopia) as Duncan, Bianca Amato (The Coast of Utopia) as Lady Macduff, Tony nominee Brian d'Arcy James (Shrek, Sweet Smell of Success) as Banquo, Jonny Orsini (The Nance) as Malcolm, Tony nominee Daniel Sunjata (Take Me Out) as Macduff, with Tony nominee Malcolm Gets (The Story of My Life, A New Brain), Tony winner John Glover (Love! Valour! Compassion!) and Byron Jennings as the three Witches.

Completing the cast are Shirine Babb (Around the World in 80 Days) as Macbeth Attendant, John Patrick Doherty (The Coward) as Cathness, Austin Durant (War Horse) as Murderer/Siward, Francesca Faridany (Man and Boy) as Hecate, Stephanie Fieger (The Common Pursuit) as Harpier, Ben Horner (War Horse) as Murderer, Ruy Iskandar (Romeo and Juliet) as Donalbain, Aaron Krohn (The Coast of Utopia) as Ross, Jeremiah Maestas (Questa) as Seyton, Christopher McHale (Nikolai and the Others) as Old Man/Doctor, Sam Poon (Billy Elliot) as Macduff's Son, Triney Sandoval (A Free Man of Color) as Menteith, Nathan Stark (As You Like It) as Fleance, Patrick Vaill (When in Disgrace) as Graymalkin, Tyler Lansing Weaks (Sparrow Grass) as Young Siward and Derek Wilson (Agatha Christie) as Lennox.

Macbeth has set design by Scott Pask, costumes by Catherine Zuber, lighting by Japhy Weideman and original music and sound design by Mark Bennett, projections by Jeff Sugg and fight direction by Steve Rankin.

Performances will be Tuesday-Saturday at 8 PM with matinees Wednesday and Saturday at 2 PM and Sunday at 2 PM. Beginning Nov. 26, all Tuesday evening performances will begin at 7 PM. For tickets, priced $75-$135, visit Telecharge.com or LCT.org.
