Terence Rattigan's classic play about family loyalty will be directed by Olivier Award winner Lindsay Posner, who recently staged the play to great acclaim at London's Old Vic. The Winslow Boy will begin previews Sept. 20, with an official opening set for Oct. 17. The engagement is currently scheduled through Dec. 1.

Rees (Peter and the Starcatcher, Nicholas Nickelby) will star as Arthur Winslow, opposite the previously announced Tony and Academy Award nominee Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio (Man of La Mancha) as Grace Winslow.

Cumptsy (End of the Rainbow, Copenhagen) will play Desmond Curry, with Nivola (The Elephant Man) as Sir Robert Morton, in a cast that also features Zachary Booth (The Mound Builders) as Dickie Winslow, Spencer Davis Milford (Billy Elliot) in his Broadway debut as Ronnie Winslow, Chandler Williams (In the Next Room...) as John Watherstone, Meredith Forlenza (Pal Joey) as Miss Barnes, Stephen Pilkington (One Man, Two Guvnors) as Fred and Henny Russell (The Other Place) as Violet.

According to the Roundabout, "A moving exploration of family devotion, The Winslow Boy beautifully illustrates the costs of unconditional love and the rewards that make the effort priceless." The Winslow Boy premiered in London in 1946 and on Broadway in 1947.

The creative team includes Peter McKintosh (set and costume design), David Lander (lighting design) and Drew Levy (sound design).
