O'Malley, a 2011 Tony Award nominee, Creel and Jenny Kanelos are founders of the organization Broadway Impact. They describe their company as "a community of actors, directors, stage managers, fans, producers — pretty much anyone who has ever seen, been in or worked on a Broadway show — united by the simple belief that anyone who wants to should be able to get married." Their team hopes to educate and inspire our community into action towards equality. Here, they can be seen with their Broadway Impact shirts on, and provide information on how everyone's voice can be heard.
