News Broadway Unplugged, Miami Benefit for Jaradoa, to Feature Telly Leung, Anika Larsen, Joshua Henry The Scottsboro Boys' Joshua Henry, an alumnus of The University of Miami, will return there April 10 for an evening of theatre songs and backstage stories at 8 PM in Gusman Hall.

The concert, which is entitled Broadway Unplugged, will benefit Henry's New York theatre company, Jaradoa Theater. Other members of that company, including Anika Larsen (Rent, Xanadu, Avenue Q), Telly Leung (Pacific Overtures, Rent, TV’s "Glee"), Shelley Thomas (Brooklyn; Rent; Zanna, Don't!), will also perform. Nils Olaf Dolven will be featured on piano.

Joshua Henry was recently seen in Broadway's The Scottsboro Boys. His other Broadway credits include In the Heights and American Idiot, and the City Center production of The Wiz. 

Tickets for the event, priced $35 regular admission, $20 for students w/ID (in advance) or $40 regular admission, $25 for students w/ID (at the door), may be purchased by visiting www.jaradoatheater.org.

Gusman Hall is located at 1314 Miller Drive in Coral Gables.
