News Broadway’s Def Poets Jam on "Radio Playbill" Feb. 10-15 There’s always been poetry on Broadway, from Shakespeare to Moliere to the lyrics of great musicals. But this season, Broadway’s got more than just poetry, it’s got Def Poetry Jam, a concatenation of young writers and reciters who are full of vitality, which they’ll demonstrate for listeners to "Radio Playbill" on Sirius Satellite Radio Feb. 10-15.

For Valentine’s Day, "Radio Playbill"’s Album of the Week is a new CD of "Love Songs" from Broadway shows. Then, test your knowledge in the Playbill Quiz.

"Radio Playbill," a weekly news and entertainment magazine show of theatrical interviews, features and music, is broadcast 12 times each week on Sirius Satellite Radio's A&E Channel, 137.

The 30-minute weekly show debuts each Monday, with rebroadcasts throughout the following week. Here is the schedule (all times are Eastern): Monday 5 AM; Tuesday midnight, 11 AM, 6 PM; Thursday 1 AM, 6 AM, 1 PM and 11 PM; Saturday 5 AM, 11 AM, 5 PM and 11 PM.

All the excitement and glamour of the American theatre scene comes across in "Radio Playbill," the first radio project from the creators of Broadway's distinctive programs, and Playbill On-Line, the home of theatre on the internet.
